What to Expect

Your First Visit to the Practice: 

1. Bring with you: 
   • Print New Patient Paperwork from this site and complete to bring with you or fax ahead to 912-537-9843 OR arrive at least thirty minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork prior to your appointment. 
   • Current insurance card
   • All current medications
2. Check in at front desk of Vidalia Medical Associates and present current insurance card and any demographic changes (address, phone number, etc)
3. Upon check-in, you will be directed to the appropriate waiting area where you will be called and escorted to appropriate room by staff member.
4. If you are checking in for Endoscopy Procedure, you will be directed to Endoscopy Center Receptionists’ desk to check in for facility.  You will be directed to Endoscopy Waiting Area until you are called for your procedure.

Each Visit After Your First:

1. Check in at Receptionists’ desk
2. Present current  insurance card
3. Upon check-in, you will be directed to the appropriate waiting area where you will be called and escorted to appropriate room by staff member.
